2 Days 1 Night Selous Safari Itinerary
Day 1 — Zanzibar → Selous Game Drive Experience
Your journey begins early in the morning with a 6:00 AM pick-up from your Zanzibar hotel. From here, you’ll be driven to the airport to board your 50-minute flight to Selous Game Reserve.
Full-Day Safari Game Drive
Arriving around 7:00 AM, your professional guide will welcome you and immediately begin your full-day game drive across the vast Selous wilderness. Using an open-roof safari vehicle, you will explore the park’s woodlands, rivers, and savannah plains while seeking out major wildlife species roaming freely. A delicious bush-style boxed lunch is included and enjoyed in the heart of the reserve.
Dinner & Overnight Stay
In the evening, retreat to Selous Kinga Lodge, where a warm dinner and serene night await you amidst nature.
Day 2 — Boat Safari • Walking Safari • Return to Zanzibar
